Sales & Reservations Manager for - FIRE Steakhouse & SOLE Seafood & Grill – Dublin Reporting to: Director of Sales & Marketing Role start date – January 2026.
Role Overview The Group Sales & Reservations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, managing demand, and maximising covers across two of Dublin's busiest and most prestigious restaurants - FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill.
This is a hands-on management role combining strategic sales activity with day-to-day reservations management, team development, and relationship building across the luxury, corporate, and private dining markets.
