Supervise the end-to-end execution of acquisition marketing campaigns, from concept and briefing to seamless deployment across multiple channels, all while adhering to the budget. Identify continuous enhancements for performance channels and lead necessary adjustments for optimization. Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure website alignment with the campaign calendar. Manage the customer acquisition plan, maintaining a focus on driving consistent business growth. Generate regular KPI reports, including comprehensive post-campaign analysis. Coordinate SEO initiatives in collaboration with the eCommerce Manager, in-house developer, and SEO agency. Requirements: Demonstrable track record of reaching international digital performance targets for a B2C brand. Proven professional expertise with Paid Search. Genuine interest in the domains of digital marketing and eCommerce. A degree in computer science, digital marketing, and/or eCommerce. Practical experience in collaborating with external agencies, suppliers, and partners. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of SEO, encompassing technical, on-site, and off-site aspects. Exceptional proficiency in utilising Google Analytics. Ability to develop compelling creative and assets to aid delivery on defined campaign targets.
