The Role
As e Commerce Growth Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating online revenue through data-driven growth strategies. You’ll lead the development and optimisation of the brand’s D2 C e Commerce experience and work cross-functionally to drive sales, conversion, and customer retention across key global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an e Commerce growth strategy focused on international expansion Own performance across the brand’s D2 C website – traffic, conversion, AOV, and LTV Lead digital performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, affiliates, and email Partner with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure best-in-class customer experiences Use analytics tools to monitor performance and lead CRO initiatives Stay ahead of industry trends and platform innovations The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of e Commerce or digital growth experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer lifestyle Proven track record of driving significant D2 C revenue growth Strong understanding of CRO, customer journeys, and acquisition/retention strategies Hands-on experience with key tools and platforms: GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc. Commercial mindset, data-led decision-making, and strong project management skills A passion for brand, creativity, and digital innovation Why Apply?
