We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to manage the product vision and experience strategy for our suite of Mobile Apps. This role will be responsible for the planning and development of mobile and tablet apps across iOS and Android and will be accountable for performance of the Mobile applications against our business and customer experience objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, technical expertise and experience. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Dublin, Ireland office. Remote or hybrid working in Ireland or the UK, or based in our office in Manchester can also be accommodated. We will expect you to: Own the product and experience strategy for Kitman Labs Mobile Applications Drive end-to-end product development and own the roadmap for our Mobile Applications Work in close collaboration with other product managers to manage requirements and dependencies and prioritise accordingly Drive product execution with a diverse team of engineers, sports scientists and data scientists Build and manage successful relationships with partner Product and Engineering teams Work closely with our partnership success team, assessing and contributing meaningfully to the evaluation and negotiation of new investments Liaise with our product marketing team to build a go-to-market strategy that maximises the potential for integrations Define and analyse the metrics that determine the success of our Mobile Applications Experience and skills we are looking for: 2+ years in a product management role managing mobile applications In-depth understanding of UX and UI best practices in mobile app development Understanding of the Android & iOS ecosystem Strong project management skills Demonstrable experience of leading a diverse team Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the reasoning behind them Worked closely with development teams to build SaaS products Collaborated with product marketing teams Excellent writing skills, including the creation of customer facing materials Benefits At Kitman Labs we pride ourselves on being the best and working with the best, so it should be no surprise that we are also dedicated to keeping the best through building a world-class work culture.
