Marketing & Client Development Manager Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid 1 day WFH) Contract:12-Month Fixed Term Salary:€70,000 €80,000 (DOE) Were working with a leading corporate organisation in Dublin City Centre seeking an experienced Marketing & Client Development Managerto join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting role, combiningrelationship management, event delivery, and business development leadership.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client engagement, enhancing market visibility, and driving firm-wide growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver impactfulclient-facing eventsaligned with business development objectives Conductmarket and industry researchto identify and target new business opportunities Develop and implementmarketing and BD plansfor key sectors and service lines Oversee the preparation ofpitches, proposals, and client materials Collaborate withsenior leadership and client teamsto deliver growth-focused initiatives Manage and mentorjunior members of the marketing and BD team Ensure integration betweenmarketing, events, and client relationship strategies About You: 5+ years proven experience inmarketing or business development (within acorporate, legal, or professional servicesenvironment) Experienceleading and mentoringteam members Strongstakeholder engagementskills and confidence working with senior leadership Demonstrated success inevent-led business development strategies Excellentcommunication, writing, and project managementabilities Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data-driven insights Why Apply?
