Key Account Manager / Industrial Lighting Dublin based Our client is a very specialised industrial lighting solutions company.
Seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to manage the sales and distribution of specialized lighting solutions.

The Role: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business, safety requirements, and lighting needs.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications, anticipating and resolve any customer challenges, offering innovative lighting solutions and services tailored to their operational needs.
Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and new market segments within this area.
Develop and implement strategic account plans, setting goals and milestones for sales performance and account development.
Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that customer requirements are met with suitable products and specifications.
Provide expert knowledge of industrial area lighting products, certifications, and regulations ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Educate clients on the technical aspects of lighting solutions and the benefits of advanced technologies.
Deliver product presentations and training.
Keep up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations.
Lead the implementation of large lighting projects.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring products and services are delivered to the client on time and within scope.
Manage the post-installation support process, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response to inquiries, service requests, or maintenance needs.
Regularly update sales forecasting tools and reports to track progress against sales targets.
Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the management team to plan and adjust sales strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product development, and marketing, to ensure the alignment of customer needs with the company's offerings.
Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and client events to promote lighting solutions and engage with potential customers.
The Candidate: Strong experience in a Key Account Management role in the industrial lighting sector.
Knowledge of project management tools and CRM software.
Proven experience with lighting systems and certifications.
Strong technical understanding of the principles of classification and lighting requirements.
Strong ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High level of organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
