You will be part of an amazing global TPM team across the US and Ireland. As a TPM, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our technology solutions to restaurants worldwide. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple programs/programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. You’ll be a perfect fit if you are technically minded, love working with people cross functionally, are organised, structured and able to communicate with ease and love creating and maintaining program plans.About this roll* (Responsibilities) Program Planning and Execution: Drive Program KickoffDevelop and implement comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.Ensure effective program execution by closely monitoring progress, resolving issues, and managing program risks.Coordinate program activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery within quality standards.Work with the Triad teams (product managers, designers, & engineering teams) to ensure work is clearly defined and being tracked appropriately in Jira Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering, product and design leads as well as relationships across the organisation in marketing, legal, customer success etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize needs, and align program objectives with business goals. Communicate program updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and concise manner.Navigate ambiguity while working with multiple lines of business Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain program documentation, including program descriptions, status reports, dashboards and plans.Generate regular status reports on program progress, milestones achieved, and risks/issues for management review.Conduct program closure sessions to capture lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement. (Requirements) 3+ years experience building and managing Technology projects/programs involving many stakeholders.Understanding of and experience with the nuances of software developmentExperience working independently and leading programs/initiatives across multiple time zones and diverse cultures.Demonstrated experience of project/program management techniquesStrong relationship skillsDemonstrated teamwork with a collaborative, “One Team” approach to problem solving.Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
