You will manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules. Promote high levels of product availability and internal customer satisfaction, optimal inventory levels and minimal obsolescence. Ensure the appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials required to maintain steady production and product delivery. We offer hybrid work mode with flexitime and free private healthcare.Main tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for running functional reports and providing rolling forecasts to suppliers Determining the required materials and generating replenishment plan Manage and maintain optimal lot size technique, safety stock and other planning parameters Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations Drive inventory and cash flow objectives in line with corporate goals Minimise inventory obsolescence and identify and manage cost drivers Effective Back-order/shortage reporting and root cause analysis Support sourcing activities to drive material cost improvements and availability Product Life cycle management – NPI and EOL Responsible for accurate and timely reporting to Supply management on stretched performance metrics to drive continuous business improvements Identify process improvements throughout supply chain Participate in Monthly Supplier Operational Meeting & updating Score card What you’ll need to succeed Degree in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred At least 3 years of relevant business / product experience Strong organisational and time management skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management Commercial or Technical background Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Lean/Six Sigma experience would be advantageous Excellent communication skills, strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Change Management Proficient MS packages especially Advanced MS Excel & Google Suite You will be part of: We offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
