Newly Qualified Solicitor - IP Disputes - International Firm Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing team in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities• Advise on and manage high-value IP litigation across a broad spectrum of IP rights, including patents, trademarks, designs, and copyright issues.• Provide expert advice on AI-related matters and associated risk management strategies.• Deliver exceptional client service and support the firm's strategic objectives.• Participate in business development activities, including building client relationships and networking with international offices.
Requirements• Experience of IP litigation preferable, at least one rotation.
Or commmercial litigation experience (from a large firm) with a keen interest in IP.• Strong academic achievement and a genuine interest in developing expertise in intellectual property and disputes.• Flexibility to support IP litigation across various jurisdictions and issues.
