Accounts & Office Admin Monday to Friday €35,000 Our client based in Dublin 6 are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts / Office Assistant with experience. This will be a permanent role with immediate start for the right candidate. This is a very exciting role for someone coming from a similar role within a commercial business. This will be a full time permanent roll on site. Candidates will need to have a can do attitude and be comfortable working off their own initiative as well as within a team. OB22 Key Responsibilities Processing purchase invoices and posting approved invoices onto the accounting system Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely manner Managing supplier accounts and answering supplier queries Quarterly reconciliation of supplier accounts Raise and send revenue invoices and statements Raise and send credit notes Debt chasing via telephone and email Respond to customer queries and take responsibility for their resolution Keep management informed of potential debtor issues Debtors ledger maintenance Procurement including managing new suppliers Raising and managing POs Any other Ad hoc projects as requested by the Finance Manager Essential Requirements Experience in an accounts role Proficiency in MS Excel and Word Proficiency with Sage Good communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external personnel Ability to work under pressure. Ability to meet deadlines and targets Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment Excellent organisational, analytical and time management skills
