Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of our ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. The successful candidate will work as part of the client's team in delivering the project. Responsibilities: Self-starter who is willing to work through ambiguity and take initiative to drive complex projects. Successful working independently and/or as part of a team in a site-based and virtual team. Ability to lead a team of technical engineers and manage various vendor engineering contractors on site. Strong project/program management skills with experience using process improvement and/or project management methodologies. Proven expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly Power Point and Excel. Extremely strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management. Ability to work with ambiguity, self-driven, attention to detail and plan/execute for the future. Strategic thinker with experience in Project Management. Quick to adapt – able to accelerate learning curve for new issues and project changes. Relationship development and management at all levels. High degree of comfort working with multiple stakeholders across time zones.
