The Management team are looking to add a Site Manager to oversee projects and assist in the companies continual growth. This position will afford the successful candidate a work-life balance, as significant input in company strategy Responsibilities Oversee all on-site fit-out activities, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and timelines Facilitate seamless collaboration among the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize project execution Be comfortable working hands-on when required Communicate with stakeholders to guarantee timely completion of work to the highest standards Supervise the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular, comprehensive site inspections to monitor progress and maintain exceptional quality standards Prepare and maintain site documentation, including detailed progress reports and records Proactively identify and swiftly resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the fit-out process Serve as a key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure all project requirements are met Ideal Candidate Fit-Out / Joinery background.5+ years’ experience working as a Site Manager. Proven track record of managing fast-paced, high-quality projects In-depth knowledge of standards and specifications Clean Irish Drivers License. Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
