A leading aircraft lessor is hiring a Powerplant Director for its Dublin office. The role focuses on managing the technical performance and cost control of engine assets across a global fleet. Main Responsibilities Engine Shop Visit Management Define work scopes, manage invoices, and control costs during engine shop visits. OEM Support Contract Analysis Review and assess support programmes (FHA, FMP, MCPH), balancing lessor, operator, and OEM positions. Maintenance Reserve Forecasting & Claims Forecast engine costs, manage reserve balances, and handle reserve claim reviews per lease terms. Lease Transition & Compliance Support Ensure compliance with lease return conditions and support technical handovers during transitions.
