Sanderson are partnering with a highly regarded company to recruit for a Risk & Compliance Representative.

This is a fantastic opportunity on a 9-month contract basis to work on a high-profile project, NMH Next Phase Tender, contributing to Ireland's healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities Leverage Capital Projects industry knowledge to anticipate and address programme risks.

Facilitate integrated risk workshops throughout the project life cycle.

Review and enhance risk management policies and protocols, implementing improvements as needed.

Develop and maintain a programme-specific risk register.

Collaborate with Cost Managers and Lead Schedulers for quantitative and qualitative risk analyses (QCRA and QSRA).

Create tailored risk models based on the programme's scope, time line, and resources.

Monitor and ensure timely execution of risk mitigation actions.

Manage and oversee risk contingency processes suitable for project requirements.

Draft and deliver comprehensive risk reports to programme leadership.

Document and analyse lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, including probabilistic modelling.

Strong understanding of integrated risk management processes for large-scale programmes.

Professional risk certification is a plus.
