Position Summary The Payroll Specialist ensures the consistent payroll processing of the dedicated site. The Payroll Specialist is responsible to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time in accordance with corporate compliance, legal and company regulations. Second level support in employee inquiries for payroll via myHR Service request. Ensure the consistent payroll run for interns, employees, expatriates, taking into account legal, labour, tax and social security regulations. Is Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems and liaises with internal parties and external suppliers. Trains other employees regarding payroll system and processes, as required. Is Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems and liaises with internal parties and external suppliers. Participates and leads on continuous improvement projects to optimise and harmonise practices, policies and processes. Support internal and external audits and act as key contact to answer payroll related inquiries What do you need? Payroll Technician qualification or equivalent 1 to 2 years professional experience, including experience in Payroll is required Strong Knowledge of payroll, labor law, tax and social insurance regulation Highly organised and has ability to multitask Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and collaborates excellently with colleagues, teams, other functions Highly motivated with strong customer service and quality work ethic High level of responsibility, completes transactions accurately and ability to meet tight deadlines High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
