Your Role at a Glance Manage a portfolio of payroll clients with varying pay frequencies Process and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance Handle statutory obligations including PAYE, PRSI, USC, and pension reporting Act as the main point of contact for client payroll queries, delivering exceptional service Maintain and improve payroll processes while ensuring compliance and audit readiness Support audits and contribute to system improvements within the payroll department What You Bring to the Table 3+ years of payroll processing experience, ideally in a bureau or shared service environment Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements IPASS qualification or similar accounting certification (preferred) Experience with payroll software (e.g., Megapay) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask A team player who thrives in a deadline-driven environment Skills: Payroll Payroll Administration Payroll Processing
