It’s an exciting time for us and we are looking for some talented people to join our team! We are currently recruiting for a talented People Partner.

The primary focus is to partner with business leaders to enable them to successfully coach, lead and empower their people to succeed as a team. In this role you will support all Thérapie Group brands across Ireland including our Clinics, Optilase and Thérapie Fertility.

Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for people related queries and providing best practice service to all team members in line with employment law Ability to manage and lead out large scale strategic business projects Coach and support line managers to own and deliver best practice people processes Provide ongoing advice to line managers and team members on all people issues including performance management, absenteeism, grievances, disciplinary processes and any other employee relations issue that may arise, ensuring that best practice is adhered to at all times Serve as a partner to business leaders across Therapie Clinic, Optilase and Therapie Fertility Ensure a positive and professional culture among the team by demonstrating the Thérapie values Provide support in all areas of the employee life cycle to all levels of employees Empower your internal stakeholders to do their best work Be abreast of company policies and procedures and legislation Maintain and update all HR policy and process documents where relevant Work with the Senior People Partner to instil best practice people processes Assist with relevant acquisition and integration processes Assist in rollout and management of People Team initiatives and programs Provide input and support People Strategy and ensure deliverables are aligned with business culture What we look for: Experience and knowledge of the People function, partnering directly with all areas of the business; Project Management Experience in Disciplinary and Grievance case management Excellent stakeholder management Organizational skills; Proactive, Self-directed and detail oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills Experience using HRIS systems and reporting functionality, Softworks preferred.

Experience in managing employee relations issues Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment Ability to collect, compile and analyze data, assemble information, and prepare reports Ability to effectively interpret, maintain and communicate policies and procedures Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Proficiency in Excel We want to people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as People Partner you will be integral to creating that environment.
