Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while providing tailored financial advice.

Organised and Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.

The role Client Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, providing a full range of accounting services, including preparing accounts, tax returns, and financial statements.

Compliance and Advisory: Ensure clients comply with statutory obligations while offering strategic advice on tax planning, financial performance, and business development.

Team Leadership: Supervise and support junior accountants, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring high-quality output across the team.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of accounting practices, utilising relevant technology and software.

Reporting and Analysis: Deliver accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to clients, assisting them in decision-making and long-term financial planning.
