Principal Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

In this role you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining a pivotal product for the Investment organization, collaborating closely with business and technology partners across Ireland and the US. What You’ll Do
Lead the design and architecture of high‑quality, innovative software solutions within an Agile environment.
Drive the implementation of best practices in application design and development.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster growth across global teams.
Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with long‑term strategies.
Embrace new technologies, focusing on automation and streamlining processes, including leveraging Gen AI development assist tools.
The Expertise You Have
A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in software application design and development.
Proficiency in Java/J2 EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular（nice to have）, and REST Services.
Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, Docker).
Strong background in automated unit testing, integration testing, end‑to‑end testing, and performance testing.
