Job OverviewKDP Ireland – a leading producer and distributor of hot and cold beverages – is excited to announce the establishment of a new Centre for International Procurement in Newbridge, Ireland. We are now looking for great talent to build our global sourcing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Packaging, under the International Operations hub for our global supply chain.In the role of the Global Packaging Procurement Manager, you will:Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, conduct industry deep dive analysis to provide proactive insight to category sourcing strategy and process.Develop and execute category strategies in conjunction with key business partners to address and meet business needs.Define best-in-class sourcing procurement process utilizing Ariba (e.g., Traditional RFQ/RFP/RFI, on-line Auction, Collaborative sourcing, multi-event negotiations, etc.)Develop AOP and update financial savings models with support from Finance. Develop and foster long-term relationships with strategic suppliers. Establish & maintain a master contract management system for all spends within scopeRFP DevelopmentIdentify preferred supplier poolSupplier performance managementNegotiation’s skills & execution managementEnsure governance to company and SAP rules to implement supplier NDA’s, Contracts & contract administration etc. across ERP environments.Acquire and be able to communicate market knowledge for the industries in which the vendors participate.Be accountable for compliance on Corporate Environmental Sustainability and Regulatory efforts RequirementsTo be successful in the role of Global Packaging Procurement Manager, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related area from an accredited university. 4+ years of Global Strategic Procurement experience with experience in supporting complex Logistics/Supply Chain organizations 4+ years of SAP/Ariba or similar ERP experience is preferredExperience in supplier identification, development, and qualificationExperience in leading groups and influencing others to drive resultsDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of internal and external audiences and settingsAnalytical and financial skills to support procurement operations and strategiesExperience to drive productivity through rapid continuous improvementProficient in Microsoft Office softwarePassion to drive continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships Company OverviewWhy work at KDP Ireland?At KDP Ireland, not only do we offer a competitive salary and bonus scheme, but we also invest in our employees.
