Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex, multi-stream transformation programme encompassing data acquisition (from industrial sites), software implementation/rollout, engineering systems and expertise, and organisational change.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple projects and pillars under a unified programme structure.
Develop and maintain the master programme plan, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and resources.
Set and communicate clear programme and sub-programme goals Drive execution and delivery across data, engineering, software, and change management workstreams.
Oversee data acquisition and integration activities, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategy.
Manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff, stakeholders, and customer staff dependencies.
Implement governance and reporting frameworks, providing transparent progress updates to the executive team, as well as external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication, managing competing priorities and change impacts.
Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints while maintaining high quality.
Required Experience10+ years' experience in programme/project management of large-scale, complex initiatives.
Demonstrated success leading programmes involving engineering systems, data platforms, software rollout, or digital transformation.
Strong experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple internal and customer-side stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.
Desirable Engineering background (Mechanical, Process, Industrial, Chemical, or Energy/Optimisation) — highly advantageous.
Software knowledge and experience in software-led programme delivery.
Experience in industrial, energy, or sustainability sectors.
Exposure to data-driven performance programmes, optimisation systems, or digital twins.
