Your Responsibilities Project Accounting & Controls Establish and manage Project Cost Trackers Process invoices and ensure timely supplier payments.

Reconcile PCTs to the general ledger monthly with local finance teams.

Lead project cost review meetings, preparing consolidated cost summaries and analysis.

Ensure compliance with SOX, FAP, and internal controls while coordinating supplier payments.

Support month-end tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accrual calculations.

System Configuration & Integration Assist with configuring Job Cost subledger to meet accounting standards.
