As the Project Director for Linxon Ireland, you will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of transmission and distribution projects throughout the country. Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

Lead and manage transmission and distribution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address challenges and implement solutions.
Quality Assurance:

Uphold Linxon's commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes and procedures.
Team Development:

Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:

Ensure all projects comply with Linxon's health, safety, and environmental policies. Promote a safety-first culture on-site.
Budget and Financial Management:

Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining project quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects, preferably in the energy sector.
