The Opportunity
The role is to support the Management Team in the successful delivery of various Projects for our Clients both in Ireland and Overseas. The Project Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our Projects, working with our Clients and their Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects in line with Programme timelines.
As a Project Manager at Arup, you will:
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of projects and managing the performance of both internal and external project teams
Maintain day-to day communication with client, consultants, contractors for successful project outcomes
Manage project risks, value, change, cost to deliver the project
Implement digital and innovation tools to enhance project management process
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality, sustainable outcome for our clients
10 to 15 years' experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a strong portfolio in aviation and complex projects.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering. Project Management or Construction Management with qualifications like Chartered Membership, Professional Engineer or equivalent.
Proven leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, including experience as Project Manager.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership capabilities.
