  • Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling : Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules, addressing any delays or changes as required.
  • Team & Subcontractor Coordination : Oversee on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Budget Management : Track project expenses, prevent overruns, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

  • Resource Allocation : Efficiently allocate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project demands and deadlines.
  • Site Inspections & Progress Monitoring : Conduct regular site visits to ensure alignment with quality, safety, and project goals, addressing issues proactively.
  • Documentation Management : Maintain and distribute project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and risk assessments.
  • Environmental Compliance : Monitor environmental protection practices, ensuring adherence to regulations, including waste management and erosion control.
  • Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 10 years in construction , with proven project management expertise.
  • Skills : Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in computer programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Health & Safety : Thorough knowledge of health and safety guidelines and enforcement.
