Clare The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of capital improvement projects and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage Opex and selected Capex projects Coordinate project scope, budgeting, scheduling and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Establish and maintain a centralised digital data room to store and manage key engineering documentation such as drawings, surveys, reports and project records Implement systems and processes for efficient data retrieval and ensure compliance with data security Ensure that all responsibilities within the scope of the role are carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory audits and inspections Lead a team of engineering technicians to deliver project success Key Requirements: Level 8 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field Ideally 10 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role Must have previous project management experience Ideally will have a Project Management Qualification Excellent communication skills Skilled user of engineering software, project management tools (Auto CAD etc), MS Office and BIM System For further information please contact Loretta Flynn Skills: Project Manager PMP Electrical Opex Capex
