We are hiring our future Project Manager (Product Lifecycle Management) to join our Product Development team in our Dublin office. Let's talk about the role: Due to the introduction of a new product platform, ResMed has an opening for a diligent Project Manager who thrives within a highly regulated environment and enjoys the detail of compliance and documentation related activities. We’re searching for a highly qualified Project Manager to help us sustain a new product platform as it scales and expands to different regions. The ideal candidate will have production experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved. This is a unique growth opportunity where you will be exposed to the entire product development process, collaborating regularly with different departments and teams across the business. Let’s talk about responsibilities: In this role the Project Manager will be responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management of a Class2 medical product, manufactured in Asia. The role objectives: Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes The role responsibilities: Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Develop and maintain the risk management activities within the ResMed QMS process (ISO13485) Ensure adherence to Project Management principles and quality system processes Let’s talk about qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering 5years demonstrated work experience in Project Management, technical communication, requirements management, risk activities, and quality and compliance in a product development environment from a medical device or other highly regulated industry Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Achievement oriented self-starter who works well in a cross functional team Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets Flexibility and willingness to travel Let's talk about you: To excel as a Project Manager within our Product Lifecycle Engineering team you will need to be a highly analytical, systems thinker and an effective interdepartmental communicator with proven collaboration and project management skills.
