Job Title: Pathology Project Manager - Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) The Role: Global Pathology set-up functions for digital pathology requests, ensuring accurate and timely set up of the digital pathology application (MIRA), SOP creation, Liaise and coordinate a global team of external histopathologist key opinion leaders, dealing with queries related to this group as they arise. Coordinate Pathologist and external Pathology KOL. Ensure all work is delivered to KOLs, read, and reported within agreed TAT. Act as point of contact and main vendor manager for a limited number of external Pathology AI vendors. Onboard new Pathology KOLs and Pathology vendors as required. Ensure all compliance documentation associated with Pathology KOLs is kept up to date and in compliance. Lead, facilitate and engage in sponsor audits, where aspects of the ICL digital pathology service is being audited. Oversee administrative tasks for Pathology software. Perform administrative pathology tasks as directed by lab manager / lab director. Generate pathology management reports. Monitor and track the awarding of new studies and proactively engage with pathology stakeholders. Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional project(s). Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop full-scale cross-functional project plans. Assemble and coordinate project staff. Plan and schedule project timelines. Develop and Manage Risk Mitigation Strategies for projects. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Provide direction and support to project team. Quality assurance. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessment of results What you need: Bachelor's degree is required. 3 + years of experience as a Project Manager in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Clinical is preferred.
