Our client, a leading construction contractor, is now hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work in the Midlands. The person hired for this role will have the option to work from home two days per week. Main Duties: Managing and forecasting of project cash flow. Ensure compliance with Contract schedule and provide weekly reports to construction team on planned versus actual progress Liaising and reporting to the Managing Surveyor and the Contracts Manager. Develop and maintain relationships with the client to support the activities and maintain positive relations on behalf of the company. Ensure the Construction Team is adhering to all Contractual Requirements. Commercial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts. Cost monitoring and reporting while attending all monthly cost reporting meetings. Skills and Experience required: Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics. 4 + years’ experience working as a QS with a building contractor Proven track record in dealing with Subcontractors and Clients Acrow Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.
