We are working on behalf of an established residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on residential projects in Dublin and Kildare.

Our Client has over 30 years of experience building residential projects in Ireland, the UK, and Germany.

The successful person will be reporting to the General Manager and Construction Director.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor.

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential projects with contractors or developers.

Good interpersonal skills, including influencing and negotiation.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong organization skills

The ability to create clear and concise reports.

A salary in the region of €60,000 - €90,000 plus car/allowance plus benefits will be offered to the successful person.
