Our client will be in London on March 24th and 25th to conduct interviews for various positions, including Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Foremen, Site Managers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Health and Safety professionals.

Our client has a number of vacancies for Quantity Surveyors to work in the Dublin area.
Role:
* Responsible for the commercial and contractual performance of building projects.
* Post tender and pre contract activities: familiarisation with the tender file and assisting with preparing commercial targets for the project.
* During the contract period: the procurement of subcontractors, attending pre-award meetings, documentation and schedules, applications, variation schedules, measurement, controlling accounts, payments, in-house reports, contractual correspondence and final account.
* During the post contract period: finalise subcontractor accounts and complete all filing and other documentation
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with building contractors.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
