Job Title: Guest Services Porter Reporting to: Reception Manager Job Description: As a Guest Services Porter, you will be the first point of contact for many guests and will play a key role in creating a memorable and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage, valet parking, and directions around the property Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Deliver exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for.
Ensure all complaints are logged with Duty Manager efficiently To comply to company standards with regards to Health, Safety and Fire Evacuation protocols.
Assist with guest requests such as transportation arrangements, luggage storage, and special deliveries.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance, lobby, and castle areas.
Support the front office team with check-in/check-out assistance and guest communication.
Provide support during events, weddings, and VIP arrivals as required.
Monitor guest satisfaction and report any issues or feedback to the Guest Relations or Front Office Manager.
Uphold the hotels standards of appearance, etiquette, and professionalism at all times.
