This role will suit a confident, senior-level change professional with extensive experience delivering change initiatives across healthcare environments.
You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering engagement, readiness and transformation workstreams to support the commissioning of a new hospital facility.
Key Responsibilities Review and assess current change and transformation practices across the EHR programme.
Lead and support new and existing change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and readiness activities.
Deliver workshops, engagement sessions and change interventions across clinical, operational and administrative teams.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on change impacts, risks and mitigation strategies.
Drive adoption, communication and behavioural change needed for the EHR rollout and hospital opening.
Provide structured, hands-on support to multiple workstreams within a large, complex transformation programme.
Experience Required Minimum 7+ years' experience in healthcare change management – essential.
Proven track record delivering change within hospitals, health systems or large clinical environments.
Experience supporting digital or technology-enabled change (EHR experience highly advantageous).
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication capability.
Ability to influence complex stakeholder groups, including clinical and operational leaders.
