What you'll do As the Account Executive (Install Base), you are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for expanding our footprint in current customers in an assigned geographic territory. You are eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly. You are focused on selling additional use cases and products into existing accounts. You are accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, developing and increasing revenue streams in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem. This position is an Individual Contributor role reporting to a Sales Manager. Responsibility ● Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through exceeding individual sales quotas ● Build and manage a strong sales pipeline ● Develop and deliver customized sales presentation by phone and via online demo ● Develop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contracts ● Forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools ● Maintain and build strong relationships with key customer decision makers ● Collaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources including Solutions Engineers, Revenue Managers, Deal Desk, Engagement Manager, Partner Account Managers, as well as Legal, Security, Professional Services and Customer Support Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) What you bring Basic ● Fluency in French and English ● Experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably within a SaaS model ● Proficient computer application skills including Salesforce.com ● Familiar with Google suite Preferred ● Experience selling web-based products/services ● Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles ● Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positions Life at DocuSign Working here DocuSign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
