Description

A leading international firm are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Property team in their Dublin office. The role would consist of supporting the property team with general Legal Secretarial work and responsibilities such as: Diary management. File opening, conflict checking, closing and archiving of files. Document production. Billing – preparing prebills, liaising with Accounts re invoices. Preparing audit confirmations. Supporting other members of the secretarial team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working as a Legal Secretary in a corporate firm.
