The Role
The Food & Beverage Assistant is an integral part of the delivery of remarkable service to our guests. We are looking for experienced individuals, with a passion for hospitality, to join our award-winning team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
- Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
- Have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up-sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu.
- Support the management of junior staff and their learning and development.
- Attend training sessions provided by management to develop your skills.
- Be organized and efficient in managing your section.
- Have an understanding of the local area to enhance guest experiences.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- A passion for 5* guest service.
- Previous Experience essential
- A real passion for food and beverage.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, professional, and welcoming personality.
- Impeccable appearance and personal grooming.
- Proficient in the English language.
