The essential role ensures the highest quality nursing care is provided to our residents. You will provide leadership to Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers, overseeing coordination and delegation of resident care needs, and provide mentoring and clinical supervision. You will be supported by an established professional clinical leadership team, with opportunities to extend and develop your skills in the rewarding sector. We have many shifts options available, including day, evening, night and weekend shifts, to support you in establishing a great work life balance in the Clare Valley.
