This is a fantastic opportunity for highly ambitious & suitably qualified sales & business development professional to further develop their career with a market leading employer both in this country & globally so if you’re interested, please apply!The Job: As a key part of the sales operations team, you will be responsible for managing both scheduled sales enquiries & appointment requests as well as sourcing new business & customer sales opportunities throughout your region. You will also prepare complex price quotations & estimates, maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process to close, support the launch of new products & services to market, deliver on targeted growth plans, prepare regular sales reports & assist the Sales Operations Director in their strategic sales duties. Your Skills & Experience that we need:3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, commerce or a related discipline. 2-3+ years sales/business development experience ideally in a B2C focused role. Given the nature of the company's products, existing sales experience from the construction/hardware/plumbing or related sectors would be a significant advantage.Proven experience in managing quotation & pricing proposals. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with customers at all levels. Strong IT knowledge & ability to multitask across different product ranges. Full & clean driving license. The Offer:The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. 25-30k with OTE uncapped but expected to range 60-80k. In addition there is a company vehicle, phone, pension, health cover & excellent further education & training supports.Territory to be covered will focus on Munster but also include the Galway region & south Leinster & candidates can be based across this region.
