Restaurant Manager Employer: BANG Restaurant Location: Dublin Salary:€34,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent) Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, a passion for excellent customer service, and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing staff schedules, monitoring budgets ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, costs, and profitability.
Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Work closely with senior management on business development strategies.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation at all times.
Requirements Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Alternatively, a relevant qualification (Level 6 or higher) in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, inventory management tools).
