The Opportunity

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with management, HR, and L& D to attract and onboard the best talent in the industry. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process across high-volume roles, contribute to shaping employer branding, and bring your innovative recruitment strategies to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience from application to onboarding
  

• Partner with managers and department heads to fill roles efficiently and effectively
  

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future workforce planning
  

• Support employer branding and diversity recruitment initiatives
  

• Write engaging job specs and adverts
  

• Conduct external benchmarking and present recruitment data and trends
  

• Utilise ATS and recruitment tech to streamline processes
  

• Collaborate with L& D to identify internal talent and succession opportunities
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1/2 years of high-volume recruitment experience, ideally in retail
  

• Confident, collaborative, and curious by nature
  

• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  

• Experienced with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  

• Comfortable driving TA strategy across a large organisation
