The Role
This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on converting warm inbound leads while also generating new business opportunities.
You will meet customers in their homes and businesses, assess their energy requirements, design tailored solar solutions, and guide them through the process from initial consultation to signed contract.
Full product training, technical support, and ongoing coaching will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Attend qualified customer appointments across Leinster
Complete residential and occasional commercial site surveys
Assess properties for suitable solar PV and battery storage solutions
Analyse electricity bills and energy usage (training provided)
Deliver professional proposals and explain technical solutions clearly
Manage pipeline activity and customer updates through Salesforce CRM
Work closely with Project Managers and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Build strong customer relationships while representing the business professionally
About You

Experienced in face-to-face or consultative sales
Organised and confident managing their own pipeline
Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2 C or B2 B or field-based sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling technical, construction, utility, or energy-related products is advantageous
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Full clean driving licence
Full eligibility to work in Ireland
Solar or renewable energy experience
Third-level qualification or technical background
Formal sales training or certification
