- Managing and developing key accounts within the organisation

- Proactively managing a team of direct reports

Key attributes required:
- Must have a background in and understanding of the packaging machinery market
- Experience managing multiple direct reports
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to grow existing blue chip accounts
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
