Your Core Responsibilities</strong></p>

· Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across Ireland and NI in line with company objectives.</p>

· Identify and secure strategic new partnerships in the corporate and foodservice sectors.</p>

· Manage and grow key account relationships, acting as a senior brand ambassador.</p>

· Lead the full commercial process, from prospecting and proposal to contract and implementation.</p>

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational excellence.</p>

· Track performance metrics and pipeline, reporting to senior leadership on growth KPIs.</p>

· Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, advising the business on strategic positioning.</p>

· Represent our brand with confidence in boardrooms and on-site.</p>

What You Will Bring</strong></p>

· Minimum 2 years in a senior B2 B commercial or strategic account role, ideally within the hospitality, foodservice, or catering sectors.</p>

· Experience working across corporate and enterprise-level clients.</p>

· A track record of delivering revenue growth and long-term client value.</p>

· Strong negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.</p>

· Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives from pitch to delivery.</p>

· Commercial maturity, confidence, and business insight.</p>

· Entrepreneurial mindset, driven, focused, adaptable.</p>

Coffee experience is not essential but sector knowledge and commercial impact are.</p>
