Sure Skills are delighted to be partnering with our Global Legal & Professional Services client to hire a strategic Chief Commercial Officer to join their Dublin operation. This is an emerging role that will work closely with all relevant business lines to generate new business opportunities and manage current relationships within the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales/Business Development professional join an established and growing organisation to drive the business forward within their sector. Please Note: Non-EU/EEA applicants must hold a valid working permit to be considered. Key Responsibilities: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities for the Group. Build and nurture new client relationships, create demand, and identify innovative revenue-generating opportunities for the Group. Identify potential service gaps and promote cross-selling opportunities across the Group's service lines where relevant. Schedule and facilitate a targeted number of business development (BD) meetings with key prospects and clients. Serve as an integral part of the Client Development Team, providing direct support for BD activities as needed. Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to key stakeholders. Conduct necessary BD trips to engage with key stakeholders and generate new business within the EMEA region. Continuously monitor the EMEA market to identify new service offerings or jurisdictions and collaborate with relevant service line heads on implementation. Contribute to the achievement of financial targets. Meet the agreed-upon revenue target for new business within each financial year. Organize, facilitate, and attend the designated number of BD meetings annually across the EMEA region. Document and track the outcomes of BD meetings using the internal CRM system. Build, manage, and advance a pipeline of new business opportunities within the EMEA region. Collaborate closely with BD team members across the office network to maximize business development opportunities. Skills Required: Proven track record of successfully securing new business within the EMEA region. Strong negotiation skills. Innovative thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt to changing client needs. Ability to build and maintain trust with key clients and stakeholders. Expertise in managing and implementing effective marketing and BD strategies. Strong multitasking abilities.
