DescriptionIn this junior leadership role you will develop and support an exceptional field sales team through best in class planning, sales execution and compliance. As a Field Sales Team Leader on behalf of The Irish Times you will live the CPM values of We Care, We’re Curious, We Achieve Together and We’re People People and will support your Team by example through your passion and commitment for the role. Responsibilities Provide coaching and development for the field sales team Support and lead the Team in the Client Service Manager’s absence Achieve both personal and team sales targets and related KPIs Continuous reporting of field intelligence to ensure field opportunities are identified and grasped Ensure the Team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations Establish communication with Field Sales Representatives on a daily basis to ensure effective working patterns and planning Deliver accurate, on time daily reports on activity and sales Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company Ensure expert knowledge of Irish Times’s products and propositions Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as required Identify and sell the correct products that delivers value to both the customer and to The Irish TimesRequirementsQualifications & Experience Strong experience in a field sales role in residential sector Experience managing and/or coaching a field sales team Competent IT Skills.
