About the Role We are currently seeking a Telesales & Retention Agent to join our growing team. This is adual-skill role, responsible for bothinbound and outbound sales as well ascustomer loyalty and retention. You will play a key role in attracting new business, converting inbound leads, and proactively engaging with existing or previous customers to retain their business. This position requires strong outbound telesales experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales and retention KPIs. Key Responsibilities Manage bothinbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally and effectively. Proactively engage with new prospects and former customers to drive conversions andwin-back campaigns. Support customer retention efforts by identifying at-risk customers and offering tailored solutions to retain business. Meet and exceed individual and team targets for sales and customer retention. Utilize MS Office tools to manage customer data, sales leads, and generate accurate reports. Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve common goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better serve customer needs. Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in telesales or retention roles. Proven success incold calling, customer win-backs, and inbound sales conversion. Strongretention skills, with the ability to diffuse customer concerns and reinforce value propositions. Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment. Strong English language skills (written and spoken). Ability to commute to Slane, Co.
