Blackwater Motors Fermoy are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to work across the Volkswagen Audi, Skoda, SEAT, CUPRA & Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands The role is highly customer focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing top class customer service.
Key Duties: Manage service inquiries Set up jobs on dealer system, create job cards and invoice work Communicate and agree work to be carried out with customers Explain the work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customers fully understand the invoice Any other tasks as per the Service & Parts Manager.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills.
Positive, can -do attitude.
Full, clean driving license.
