SAP Success Factors Consultant We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives for a leading organisation based in Ireland. This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP Success Factors modules Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions Provide functional expertise across one or more Success Factors modules (see below) Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support Produce functional documentation and best-practice recommendations Collaborate with technical teams, HR, and project stakeholders Required Skills & Experience Proven hands-on experience as an SAP Success Factors Consultant Strong functional knowledge of one or more modules, such as: Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation Experience working on end-to-end implementations and/or large-scale enhancements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently in a contract environment SAP Success Factors certification(s) highly desirable Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
