Key Responsibilities: Craft and govern the SAP roadmap aligned with business strategy and TSA timelines. Mobilize internal and external teams for top-tier delivery, from solution design to data migration. Champion fit-to-standard principles, integrations, and change management. Oversee vendor performance, compliance, and continuous improvements. Build and lead the SAP Co E for long-term excellence and capability growth. What You'll Bring: Proven leadership in governing complex SAP landscapes and large-scale programmes (post-TSA experience a plus). Strategic mindset to align SAP with business and ICT goals. Expertise in vendor management, integrations, data migration, and change processes. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
