As a Laboratory Operations Manager, you will lead laboratory operations, manage a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage laboratory teams, overseeing endotoxins, sterility and bioburden testing Ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards as well as support audits as the Subject Matter Expert Develop and implement efficient laboratory procedures, optimising workflow and performance Monitor key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives Oversee team training and development, fostering a culture of excellence Requirements Degree in Microbiology, Biology or related field Strong leadership experience in a GMP pharmaceutical microbiology laboratory Strong expertise in Bacterial Endotoxin testing Experience with QMS platforms and regulatory compliance Proven team management, problem-solving and process improvement skills Park Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
